The opening of the newly relocated VA clinic was celebrated Tuesday morning by local leaders, employees and West Volusia veterans alike.
Veteran and Deltona resident Phillip Loranger said bringing the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic to 1200 Deltona Blvd. in Volusia County’s largest city, and its doubling in size, was a great move.
